Mediation: A Simple Guide
Mediation Shaped Around Your Family
Every family is different, so we offer more than one way to mediate.
Child Inclusive Mediation. Rachel is trained in Child Inclusive Mediation, which gives your children the chance to have their voice heard in the process through a separate, gentle conversation with a specialist mediator. You stay in control of the decisions; your children feel listened to.
Shuttle mediation. If sitting in the same room (or video call) as your ex-partner is not possible, shuttle mediation keeps you in separate spaces while Rachel moves between you. It is a calm, safe option for high-conflict situations.
Legal Aid. If you are eligible, Legal Aid can cover the cost of your mediation, including your MIAM. Ask us and we will check your eligibility.
£500 towards your mediation. Through the government’s Family Mediation Voucher Scheme, eligible families receive up to £500 towards the cost of mediation about child arrangements. We handle the application for you.
