I am a Legal Aid provider for family mediation. If you are eligible, your mediation costs, including your MIAM, may be covered in full, and if one of you qualifies, the other party’s MIAM is also free. I also offer flexible pricing to accommodate those on Universal Credit, reflecting my commitment to community involvement. Eligible families may also be able to claim up to £500 towards their first joint mediation session about child arrangements through the government’s Family Mediation Voucher Scheme, and I can handle the application for you.
